Payless Water Heaters and Plumbing is absolute the best company in town, no doubt! First, I met Bryan literally 19 years ago, when company was starting and installed with him my first water heater, which has lasted me for almost forever, 19 years! Which is unusual, which shows high quality of product and proper installation. Today I replaced for new one and Bryan arranged whole set up with his amazing employees Juan and Joseph on my convenient time. Guys did fast, secure and sufficient work, were super friendly, experienced and attentive. Bryan's prices are the best in town and guaranteed results! He is super nice, friendly, answered all my questions and checked after job was done! I also used his company to fix my shower few years back and employee did great job too, still working great! I highly recommend Bryan and his honest, experienced employees! Thank you so much again for taking care of me!

Payless was awesome. Our 17-year old tankless failed on a Saturday morning and by Saturday night Danny C installed a brand, new one. He did a fantastic job and shared multiple options and configurations before deciding what was best for us and our budget. Amazing same day service… and a really great guy! Highly recommend Payless Water Heaters & Plumbing. We had issue with water heater tank, called them next-day morning. Jacob T came to inspect around 11 am and water tank replacement was done in 90 min. Very easy communication, friendly customer service and good price!! Big shout out to Jacob. I recently had the pleasure of working with Payless Water Heaters, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and I owe much of that to the fantastic team. First off, Evan, the salesperson, was incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options clearly without any pressure. I had a few specific requirements for my new water heater, and Evan made sure to recommend the best model that fit my needs and budget. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole process much easier. As for the installation, Joey was the one who came out to do the job, and he was just as great! He arrived on time, was super respectful of my home, and worked efficiently to get the installation done. Joey took the time to answer my questions, and I could tell he really knew his stuff. I highly recommend Payless Water Heaters. My old water heater was leaking so I contacted four local companies. Payless was able to send out a technician within two hours! Ezequiel R. was friendly and explained everything that was going on and what my options were. He described the entire scope of the job including getting a city permit. I had lots of questions, and he took the time to answer and explain everything to me. I used that information on the next three companies that I got bids from. Payless Water Heaters beat three other competitors in terms of price, scope of work, quality of work, and they completely took care of the Orange City Permit process. We had two installers, Jared and Antonio C. They installed a Bradford White 75-gal tank and did a great job. They were on time, had incredible workmanship and both had expert technical abilities. Antonio worked tirelessly for four hours on a difficult installation. When he was done, he showed us how to light the pilot and how to drain the tank. He left the area clean, and he hauled the old tank away. My expectations were exceeded from start to finish.
